The website design for DTS driving school was a success, no thanks to Lou. It was mainly the hard work and creativity of the web designer team in his company. Of course, Lou would not hesitate to take the credit for himself. The school required some final touches; so he went to meet the vice president Ivan and the marketing manager Maria again.

The management of the driving school wanted detailed description on insurance coverage with their affiliated insurance group. The module on driving instructor courses had been left out; so that was to be amended. Lou would have to talk to the driving instructors and tax their brains about their tutoring experience and the driving instructor courses. Most driving schools have web information about the instructor tests, so there should be a write-up of this as well. The trainee driving instructor courses for who wish to obtain practical experience and know-how to prepare for their instructor tests, should be highlighted. It was decided that Lou met again with the driving instructors, namely Brian and Sheila.

Lou has had an almost embarrassing experience with Sheila – he actually tried to be over-friendly by attempting to put his arm round her. Sheila was quick, as she was always on the lookout for herself; she flipped him to the ground and twisted his arm. Lou was even quicker with a legitimate excuse. Now that he had to face Sheila once again, he felt rather awkward.

Meanwhile the group of driving instructors heard that Brian and Sheila would be meeting with that ‘cheap guy’ from the web design company regarding driving instructor courses. They already had the story from Sheila, and Brian had added his comments. Now they were wondering what Lou Slacker would be trying next. Sheila decided that she would string him along. ‘Serves him right – that move of his certainly wasn’t accidental or kind. There was no bee around. He just wanted to get fresh. I knew that the moment I met him – his eyes were roving around, and he made all kinds of insinuation that you simply couldn’t find fault with, but you know what he really meant.’

Sheila’s colleagues told her to be careful though; however Brian remarked that Lou looked more like a coward than a dangerous rogue. ‘He didn’t look like the violent type, more of the smooth talker who deceives gullible women.’ The meeting with Lou was set for the following week.
